Staff Report

Tom Ball and Kenny Sultan will perform Saturday, June 2 at the Santa Ynez Valley Historical Museum’s annual fundraiser, “Fiesta in the Vines”.  Tom and Kenny have been bringing their unique blend of guitar and harmonica blues, rags and good time music to diverse audiences for years. Their live performances include concerts, clubs and festivals all over the world, and they were the only musical act in America to play all four venues in Olympic history. Together and separately they have worked on countless film scores, TV soundtracks, commercials & sessions and are frequent guests of National Public Radio.

This years “Fiesta in the Vines ” will be held at the stunning Pence Vineyards & Winery, Buellton, CA from 5 – 10 p.m. (reservations required). The festivities will begin with a Mariachi welcome while enjoying specially chosen Pence Wines and appetizers while Equestrian Entertainer Ramon Becerra delights the crowd with his trick roping. A delicious dinner buffet from Vallery Piggery will be served in the beautiful outdoor amphitheater area.

Once again guests will have the opportunity to support the Museum’s mission statement of “creating a better future for the Santa Ynez Valley by inspiring generations to find wonder and meaning in our past” by bidding on a special collection of auctions items such as a Paella Party for 50, a Ranch Ride with a BBQ and Schoolhouse Tour and a Santa Ynez Marketplace Shopping Spree.

This event is sponsored in part by Pence Vineyards and Winery and Montecito Bank & Trust.

To reserve tickets please call Laini Jacobsen at 805-688-7889 Ext. 104 at  www.santaynezmuseum.org.  Fiesta attire is encouraged and ranch footwear is recommended.
