Dean played Varsity Football for 2 years, JV Volleyball for 1 year, Varsity Track & Field for 2 years, and Varsity Golf for 1 year.
Favorite High School sports memory:
Dean’s favorite memory is playing home football games in their all black uniforms for homecoming and the last game.
Post High School plans:
Dean will be attending Santa Barbara City College to complete his general education. After SBCC, he would like to transfer to a 4 year university. As of now, he doesn’t know what he wants to do for a career exactly, but he is looking into starting his own business someday.
Favorite Coach, Mentor, or Teacher at Santa Ynez:
Dean’s favorite mentor is “Coach McClurg because he has been the most inspirational and motivating out of everyone I’ve learned from at our school over my last 4 years.”
