There is still time to have your children join in the annual Danish Days Children’s Parade. Decorate your childrens’ bikes, scooters, or wagons (walking is also welcome) and have them participate in this popular event. The parade will end in Solvang Park.
Children of all ages are invited to participate. The parade will start at 2 p.m. from the grass area at the intersection of Atterdag and Molle Way. Please meet there around 1:30 PM on Sunday, Sept. 16 for registration.
The parade route extends down Copenhagen to Alisal, then through the alley way to Solvang Park. There the children’s parade will end with a Special Ice Cream Treat donated by Solvang’s own Ingeborg’s Chocolate Shop, parade ribbons, and terrific entertainment.
