Public welcome at Military Cannon Ball

To honor local veterans, American Legion Post 160 and VFW Post 7139 will host their third annual formal dance, the Military Cannon Ball, from 5 to 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 28 at the Solvang Veterans Memorial Hall. The public and their families are invited. The evening includes a no-host bar, dinner, and dancing to 1940s tunes of the Rose Garden Dance Band.
