The third annual Spirit of the Valley workshop on March 28 at Rideau Vineyards in Solvang was designed to teach every local hospitality employee in a “visitor-facing” role how to create the very best guest experience possible. “Folks are paying for wonderful experiences,” said presenter Dave Pollock, owner of the ForFriends Inn in Santa Ynez.
